Human
trafficking remains a serious problem in New Hampshire. Firefighters and EMS
providers are uniquely positioned to encounter victims of both labor and sex
trafficking, given the placement and access afforded to responders during the
course of your official duties. Appropriate training on tactics, techniques and
procedures employed by traffickers, paired with indicators and warnings of
activity, best enables us to identify, potentially rescue and support victims.
This awareness training program was produced by The New Hampshire Information
and Analysis Center (NHIAC), in partnership with the Division of State Police,
The New Hampshire Human Trafficking Collaborative Task Force (NHHTCTF), and
your Regional Public Health Network (RPHN).
